This off-Strip gem combines a classic steakhouse menu with meticulously crafted cocktails organized by historical era. The dimly lit, speakeasy-inspired atmosphere attracts hospitality industry professionals, who flock here after their shifts end. The restaurant's half-off steak happy hour became so legendary that it helped the establishment survive the 2008 recession and continues to draw crowds today.
