Crawfish & Noodles is the epicenter of Houston's signature Viet-Cajun cuisine, a unique fusion that emerged from the Vietnamese community's adaptation of Gulf Coast seafood traditions. Chef-owner Trong Nguyen, a James Beard Award finalist, opened the restaurant in 2008 in Houston's Asiatown district. The restaurant gained national recognition after being featured on Anthony Bourdain's 'Parts Unknown' and David Chang's 'Ugly Delicious.'
