Set in a former roller rink, Buxton Hall BBQ opened in 2015 and quickly became famous for its whole-hog, Eastern Carolina-style barbecue. Pitmaster Elliott Moss, a James Beard nominee, has created a destination for authentic wood-smoked barbecue using traditional methods.
