Zak Stern (aka Zak the Baker) started as a small-scale baker selling at farmers markets before opening his Wynwood bakery and café in 2014. His commitment to traditional sourdough methods and kosher certification quickly earned him a cult following. Lines form daily for his artisanal breads, pastries, and simple but perfect café fare.
