Opened in 2013 by Top Chef finalist and James Beard Award nominee Kevin Gillespie, Gunshow revolutionized Atlanta's dining scene with its unconventional approach. Named after Gillespie's memories of attending gun shows with his father, the restaurant features an open kitchen where chefs personally present their dishes to diners tableside, similar to dim sum service.
