Overview
Opened in 2014 at the SLS (now Sahara) Las Vegas, Bazaar Meat represents Chef José Andrés' carnivorous vision of his popular Bazaar concept. The restaurant combines traditional steakhouse elements with Andrés' signature avant-garde techniques. The dramatic space features an open kitchen with wood-fired grills and a dining room adorned with hunting-inspired decor. In 2018, the restaurant moved to its current home at the SAHARA Las Vegas, where it continues to push the boundaries of what a modern steakhouse can be, drawing meat enthusiasts from around the world.
