Joël Robuchon

Joël Robuchon

Las Vegas, NV, USA

Overview

Opened in 2005, Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand represents the pinnacle of French fine dining in Las Vegas. It was the first and only restaurant in the city to receive three Michelin stars when the guide covered Las Vegas. The restaurant was created by the late Chef Joël Robuchon, who was named 'Chef of the Century' by the prestigious Gault Millau guide. The opulent Art Deco-inspired dining room, designed to resemble a luxurious 1930s Parisian mansion, provides the backdrop for one of the most expensive and elaborate tasting menus in the United States.
