Established in 2008, Pappy's Smokehouse has become a St. Louis barbecue institution, known for their Memphis-style BBQ and hours-long lines. Their meats are slow-smoked daily over sweet apple or cherry wood for up to 14 hours, and they're famous for selling out before closing time.
