Opened in 2018 by Chef James Trees, Esther's Kitchen has quickly become the cornerstone of the burgeoning Las Vegas Arts District dining scene. Named after Chef Trees' great-aunt who helped fund his culinary education, this seasonal Italian restaurant focuses on house-made pastas, bread, and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant's popularity exploded after receiving rave reviews from local and national press, leading to its expansion in 2022. Despite the larger space, tables remain in high demand, with weekend reservations often booked a month in advance.
