Established in 1893, the Buckhorn Exchange is Denver's oldest restaurant and holds Colorado Liquor License #1. This National Historic Landmark serves up Old West atmosphere alongside exotic game meats. The walls are adorned with more than 500 pieces of taxidermy and Old West memorabilia, making it a true Denver institution.
