Recently reimagined by South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker in partnership with award-winning chef Dana Rodriguez, Casa Bonita is a legendary Denver institution combining theatrical entertainment with Mexican cuisine. The 52,000-square-foot pink palace has been serving visitors since 1974 and features cliff divers, puppet shows, and a unique dining experience that attracts visitors from across the country.
